Yes. The relationships you build with fellow cohort members don't disappear when the cohort closes, and those connections tend to be the most sustaining part. You'll also have access to ongoing community calls, a resource library to return to as your program grows, and the ability to check in with Caroline when you need it. You won't be handed a finished program and sent back into your school alone.

Student buy-in isn’t manufactured. It’s built through trust that develops over time, through norms that students help create, through a mentor who shows up the same way week after week. This cohort teaches you exactly how to build the conditions where buy-in becomes possible and what to do in the difficult early weeks before it’s fully there. You won’t be walking in hoping for the best. You’ll walk in knowing what to do.

The cohort runs for 8 weeks, with one live group session per week, each an hour long, focused on discussion, reflection, and Q&A with your cohort. Outside of the live sessions, you can expect to spend 3–5 hours per week working through the core lessons, completing assignments, and responding to the reflection questions that build your program as you go. Altogether, teachers typically invest around 40 hours over the course of the cohort and leave with a complete, year-ready mentoring program to show for it. That’s not 40 hours of watching videos.
